Our newsletter service automatically allows your customers and clients to receive from you HTML newsletters (pictures, text, links, buy now buttons) and/or text-based newsletters based on the type of email programs that the subscriber is using. The service also includes a sign-up collection box for your website, a database for storage of your subscribers with automatic subscribe and unsubscribe email notifications, and detailed stats of open and click through rates in an easy to use web-based control panel.

Rates: Initial Set-Up Charge: $100

Design costs range based on your content. (The general range per newsletter for Communication Union to design your newsletter is $100 - $400). In Addition, each newsletter that is sent is subject to a one cent fee per subscriber, for example if your subscribers total 1500 your send fee would be $15. For subscriber lists of over 10,000 contact us for discounted rates.

After your account has been set-up and your list of subscribers has been inserted into the database, the process for the newsletter design takes one to two weeks. The process is started when you submit your text, pictures (we can supply additional professional stock photos if needed) and your design considerations. We then design and email you a test draft. After your approval of the test draft and any redesigning considerations, your E-Newsletter is delivered to your customers and clients E-mail in boxes automatically.
